21.09.2023 Climate changes. And you, would you change?

On Thurday 21st September 2023 from 11:00 to 12:30, the third appointment of the meetings series "The Green Deal is us" entitled "The climate change. And you, would you change?" took place at the Centro Culturale Candiani, Seminar room (first floor) P.le Luigi Candiani 7, in Mestre.

 

The event was the last of a round of three meetings organized between May and September 2023 by Europe Direct Venezia Veneto of the Municipality of Venice and EuCliPA.it, the association of the Italian Ambassadors of the European Pact for the Climate, on climate change and on the necessity of a radical transformation of lifestyle, economy and society. 

 

The meeting has been inserted within the ESM European Week of the Sustainable Mobility 2023. The city of Venice has also participated to the European Week of the Sustainable Mobility 2023 with a rich program of initiatives organized in cooperation with multiple partners of the territory from the 22th to the 24th September 2023 "Venice on Bicicle", exactly with the purpose to underline that the whole city of Venice, and its citizens consequently, are called to approve this modality of mooving, which brings benefits for the sake of people and of the environment. SEE THE FULL PROGRAM OF VENICE 

The Association EuCliPA.it  was born in 2022 from the experience of the informal community of the Italian Ambassadors of the European Pact for the Climate: by following the values of the pact, it is committed to spreading knowledge and awareness on climate and ecological crisis, starting by local communities, arriving then to a wider and varied audience at a national level. Moreover, it implements initiatives and projects that contribute to face the effects of climate change, thanks to knowledge, passion and the commitment of members, with the conviction that "Every little action together can make a difference".  

 

The meeting are three moments of dialogue with professionals able to guide us along this path, not only for the competences developed in Italy, but also and most of all, for the connection with Europe and the rest of the world.
