25.11.2023 Initiatives for the International Day against Violence against Women

On the occasion of November 25, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, established by the UN in 1999, the City of Venice also honored this anniversary with a rich program of initiatives in November.

Europe Direct Venezia Veneto of the City of Venice in cooperation with Ca' Foscari University of Venice and ArteMide has organized 3 events to create awareness about the issue and what has been done, is being done and still can be done to combat violence against women. 
Events: 

Friday, November 24th, Conference "The time of women" from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm in Venice at Aula Baratto of Ca'Foscari University of Venice (Dorsoduro 3246). SEE DETAILS
