27.10.2022 Meeting "Europe for Youth, Youth for Europe"

On October 27, 2022 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., the Meeting "Europe for Youth, Youth for Europe" was held at the Candiani Cultural Center in Mestre-Venice on the occasion of the European Year of Youth 2022.

The year 2022 has been proclaimed by the European Parliament as the European Year of Young People, a year in which local, regional and national institutions, together with associations, cooperatives, schools and universities, are called upon to organize events, initiatives and activities aimed at young people and giving them the opportunity to learn about the European context, of which our state is a part.

Coordination CSEV (Coordinamento Spontaneo di Enti e Volontari del Veneto) together with Europe Direct Venezia Veneto of the Municipality of Venice and Europe Direct Padova of the Municipality of Padua proposed the event "Youth for Europe, Europe for Youth" with the intention of acquainting the youth group with the initiatives in the area that have an impact on Europe and to raise awareness of the citizenship's belonging to the European dimension.

The meeting was a proposal dedicated to young people from Veneto, particularly from the Civil Service to raise awareness of European initiatives related to international mobility, democratic participation and active citizenship.

Admission was free while places lasted after registering at the following link

On the occasion of this meeting, a questionnaire on the European Union for young people was proposed to gather initial useful information about young people's experience of the European Union, and to share it with the guests at the meeting "Europe for Youth, Youth for Europe" on October 27, 2022. It was possible to fill out the questionnaire by October 23.

It is possible to see the results of the data collected in the following link
