Explore the world... Veneto on the move!

The service Europe Direct of the Municipality of Venice promotes "Explore the World... Veneto on the move!", a cycle of 11 free webinars destined to the citizens, and to young people particularly, about the topic of the European and transnational mobility. 

It is about studying, training, working, doing volunteer activities, activities that make personal competences grow, they facilitate personal growing, adaptability and they increase their employability. Young people's mobility, intended as a precious growth opportunity, represents the key to unblock people's potential, independently of their age and the social context in which they live. The mobility experience should be seen as a "perpetual learning", aimed not only at the acquisition of new competences but also at the "social and civic" development, in an intercultural meeting and comparison perspective.

The cycle "Explore the world... Veneto on the move!" has been realized in cooperation with Euroculture Association, an organization which does consultancy about the working and training sphere, since more than 20 years, in a European dimension and with an international perspective. The webinar cycle is edited by Bernd Faas, Euroculture advisor and expert of international mobility. 

Our journey in Europe and its borders continues since 2013 with the meeting cycle "Explore the World... Veneto on the Move!". 

The distribution of the DVD "The World in a Pocket" is included in the project "Explore the World - Veneto on the Move", a virtual lesson about transnational educational mobility about the orientation abroad after the degree. The DVD is available for free.
