"Lessons on Europe" - series of meetings in Chioggia

"Lessons on Europe," a series of three meetings on the European Union ahead of the European Parliament elections in June 2024, was held in Chioggia from February 9 to April 26, 2024, at the Don Bosco Cinema Theater at Calle Don Bosco 361 .
 
The meetings were organized in collaboration between the People's University of Chioggia, Europe Direct Venezia Veneto and the Municipality of Chioggia partner of the Europe Direct Venezia Veneto network of the Municipality of Venice. The Europe Direct Venezia Veneto office was present through the screening of some institutional videos.
 
Lessons on Europe was included in the calendar of activities for the Academic Year 2023-24 of the People's University of Chioggia and was reserved for members of the University. The aim was to raise awareness of various European topics, to make people more familiar with Europe, and to deepen and share its values. In fact, the following topics were covered: 
 
Friday, Feb. 9 at 4:30 p.m. => "History of the European Union-origin and historical chronology."
Friday, March 19 at 4:30 p.m. => "History of the European Union-Organizations and Functioning."
Friday, April 26 at 16:30 => " History of the European Union-Treaties and Agreements"
