If you are getting to Venice by sea, you may arrive at two different areas of the Venice Passenger Terminal.

-MARITTIMA AREA
Passengers with impaired mobility can access Terminal Crociere 103, 107 and 108, 117, Isonzo 1 and Isonzo 2 through dedicated ramps and lifts.
Services:
- Wheelchairs available upon request.
- Shuttle fitted with access ramps for people with impaired mobility from terminal to ship and back. Service provided by the cruise line company upon request.
- Free parkings with special terms for disabled voucher holders
- Passengers with impaired mobility can access Terminal Traghetti 123 through ramps and wide entrances.
Connections to Venice historic centre and Santa Lucia Railway Station:
- People Mover. A free shuttle service between the People Mover Marittima stop and Terminals 117, 123, Isonzo 1, Isonzo 2 is available during passenger embark/disembark days.
- Alilaguna water bus service.
- Water taxis.
- SAN BASILIO AND SANTA MARTA AREA
The San Basilio terminal is a single-storey building dedicated to hydrofoil and small/medium cruise ship traffic, easily accessible by passengers with impaired mobility.
