==> Event inserited in Europe Day Celebration in Venice 2022

Saturday 21st of May 2022 from 10 am it was held the initiative of environmental clean up at the Murazzi's beach of Lido in Venice in occasion of the EMD - European Maritime Day.

The initiative is in collaboration with PlasticFree Onlus to raise awareeness to the participant regarding the damages caused by pollution by single use plastic and the importance of the sea and its beaches for the well-being of Venice and its lagoon. Theevent is proposed to stimulate the recognition of the importance of the sea as a fundamental resource for the environment and the city itself. 

The event will last two hours in which garbage will be picked up from the beach. At the end the participant have to go to the final point for a group picture and to count how much it was picked up from the beach. 

• Create a personal profile on the website www.plasticfreeonlus.it using your own email address, choosing a password, and filling up the forum with few requested data. 
• Confirm the link you received in the email with the free event.
• Go back to the website www.plasticfreeonlus.it, in the section of the website "Event", select the location "Venice" and the there will be the necessary information (where, when, and who).
• Click on the button "PARTICIPATE" to confirm your presence. 

Inportant Information: the online registration is mandatory and it is not possible to have more people who are not registered with the above decscribed procedure. If there are particpant under 16 years of age, you have to download and fill up a Minor Module which will be givent to the referent at the event, or scan it and send it to the referent to this email: roberto.marrazzo@plasticfreeonlus.it
