The exhibition is dedicated to the 8 women and the 13 men who inspired the creation of the European Union in which we live today.

Without their efforts and motivations we could not live in a context of peace and stability which we are taking for granted. Fighters of resistance or lawyers or commissioners, the pioneers of the EU were a heterogenous group of people moved by the same ideals: peace and prosperity in Europe.
Other than the following pioneers, many others have inspired the european project and they have worked hard to make it happen.

Oltre ai pionieri presentati di seguito, molti altri hanno ispirato il progetto europeo e hanno lavorato instancabilmente per realizzarlo.
