Theatrical recital ‘La pittura la mia cura"

On Saturday 1 February at 19:30, on the occasion of Holocaust Memorial Day 2025, the theatrical recital ‘La pittura la mia cura’ will be held in the Aula Magna of the Ateneo Veneto.
The theatre recital and musical is produced by Arte-Mide Teatro and the event is organised in collaboration with the Municipality of Venice, the Vittorio Cini Archive Foundation and Europe Direct.
Mise-en-espace focuses on the extraordinary and unique story of the painter Charlotte Salomon. After careful and punctual research, a dramaturgical script will be written and an engaging recital will be created, to render the autobiographical work of the painter, who died pregnant in the Auschwitz concentration camp.
