Marriage
In order to proceed with a civil or religious marriage ceremony, it is necessary to have previously published the banns of marriage.
The appointment for the civil marriage ceremony must be arranged in advance with the Civil Registry Office. The presence of two adult witnesses with a valid identity document is required.
The civil marriage ceremony takes place in the Municipal House.
If, due to infirmity or other impediment, either the bride or groom is unable to go to the Municipal House, the Civil Registry Office and the Secretary shall move to the place where the impeded party to the wedding is located (home, hospital, prison, etc.) and, in the presence of four witnesses, shall proceed with the wedding ceremony.

For the wedding ceremony to take place the parties must:
